$10 Flat Rate Shipping (Australian customers)

Shipping is charged at $10 flat rate for all orders. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used for shipping all items within Australia. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be despatched. 

If you would like to add extra cover (insurance) to your parcel please leave a message at checkout and I can organise this for you at an additional cost.

  

Free Shipping (AU customers)

You will receive free postage when you purchase products to the value of $75 or more. For multiple orders placed within the same 12hr period with a combined product value of $75 or more - please email your order numbers within 12hrs of your purchase to combine your orders and receive a refund of your shipping costs.

Express Postage (AU customers)

For orders requiring express post, this option is available at checkout at the rate of $13. Simply select the check box under the shipping method section at checkout. Australia Post’s “Express Post” service will be utilised for this shipping option. Please note, while I do my best to despatch your express shipping orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 working days to despatch, unless prior arrangement has been made. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact me to discuss prior to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: EXPRESS POST IS NO LONGER GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This is out of my control. Refer to Australia Post's website for further information.

Hello Joy currently offers tracked shipping to USA, Singapore and New Zealand. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO RECENT CHANGES WE CAN NO LONGER OFFER SHIPPING TO THE UK FROM OUR WEBSITE, BUT CAN SET UP A CUSTOM LISTING ELSEWHERE TO TAKE CARE OF THE VAT CHARGES.
